All who filed Dutchess County Democratic Committee petitions will receive a meeting notice and a proxy and will be eligible to vote. Our Secretary, Barbara Jeter-Jackson will send notices to them this week. The Tymor Park Scholarship Committee that raises money for the youth who come to Tymor Park will be selling refreshments at the meeting.
The purpose of this meeting is to elect officers. Nominations may be made from the floor and we will vote by weighted vote if any nominations are contested.
In addition we will fill vacancies in committee positions following the election, according to our recent By-Laws change.
